Eduardo is to date the MOST under-rated person at Lavalife. He has a proven track record of performance and versatility. He started out as the
Team Leader for the Toronto call center in the early days of operation and moved to Product Development. He has:
- Scripted voice prompts
- Managed the voice talent
- Aided in the design of the IVR applications
- Tested and debugged applications
- Managed problems until resolution
- Project Managed product upgrades
- Developed and Managed product requirements
- Developed user training manuals
- Trained end-users
He is probably most renowned for his organization and project management skills. He'll probably agree that he doesn't have the formal
training. However, he has the natural skills and sense of how to get things done. He always stays on top of things and always follows up. My personal opinion is that his
personality has a lot to do with his success.
I remember working late into the morning and Eduardo would be there working on something else. He still has that un-relentless work
ethic and dedication to cranking out quality products.
Eduardo, it's been a blast and I wish you only and always the best.
After all these years, he's still at Lavalife.
