Henry personifies the qualities associated with the
Chinese work ethic. He is the quiet guy who just does whatever you give him. Always
respectful, listening, modest and never condescending or adversarial.
Henry's programming style can be characterized by
structured and adherence to standards. His forte is definitely ease of use. Get this, a
programmer who documents without bitching. Can he really be a programmer you ask. The
answer is a resounding YES.
My only hope is that Henry will become more assertive and confident in his abilities.
