Scheduling

Scheduling starts with these easy questions for each project team member:

What are the tasks that you need to perform?
What task must you complete before you can start the next task?
Who are you are dependent on and for what?
How many hours/days will it take you to complete each task?
When can you start?
What percentage of your time can you spend on this project?
